BLUEPRINT is a collaborative, student-led arts-based project that seeks to radically offer a unique perspective into the personal experiences of queer and trans students at McMaster University’s School of the Arts. Spearheaded by Eli Nolet and Emma Eichenberg, the project is a collaboratively made hand-printed publication in a variable edition of 350. Influenced by the HANDBOOK: Supporting Queer and Trans Students in Art and Design Education, produced by OCADU students and faculty, the blueprint project seeks to center current issues and experiences of queer and trans students. It’s a field guide, a pedagogical intervention, a collection of experiences, a call to action.
